Shrimp pasta

Ingredients:

  • 17.64 oz spaghetti
  • 8.82 oz shrimp
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 chili peppers
  • 3.38 fl oz Bertolli EVOO
  • Fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2.03 fl oz Bertolli EVOO
  • ½ medium onion, finely chopped
  • 7.05 oz mushrooms, chopped
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, chopped
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 3 tbsp cream cheese
  • ¼ cup milk or plant-based milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente.
  2. Peel and cut the garlic into slices and fry in a pan with the oil and the chili. Add the peeled shrimp. Stir and let it cook for a couple of minutes.
  3. Mix with the pasta, add a little pasta cooking water, and adjust with salt if necessary.
  4. Add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil on top.
  5. Sprinkle with chopped parsley on top.
