SHRIMP PASTA
Shrimp pasta
Ingredients:
- 17.64 oz spaghetti
- 8.82 oz shrimp
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 chili peppers
- 3.38 fl oz Bertolli EVOO
- Fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2.03 fl oz Bertolli EVOO
- ½ medium onion, finely chopped
- 7.05 oz mushrooms, chopped
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, chopped
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 3 tbsp cream cheese
- ¼ cup milk or plant-based milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente.
- Peel and cut the garlic into slices and fry in a pan with the oil and the chili. Add the peeled shrimp. Stir and let it cook for a couple of minutes.
- Mix with the pasta, add a little pasta cooking water, and adjust with salt if necessary.
- Add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil on top.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley on top.
