Quick Pasta Recipe and Roasted Red Pepper Sauce

Ingredients:
- 3 bell peppers [450-500g]
- 1/3 onion [100g]
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Bertolli Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast [5g]
- 1/2 cup non-dairy milk [120ml]
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- pinch of pepper flakes
- 8 oz pasta of choice
Chocolate Olive Oil Bread

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup sun butter
- 1/4 cup Bertolli Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 3 eggs
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Chocolate chips (optional)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- In a medium bowl, combine sun butter, Bertolli extra virgin olive oil, and eggs
- Once combined, fold in cocoa powder and baking powder
- Add in chocolate chips if desired
- Pour batter into a lined loaf pan, top with additional chocolate chips and bake in the oven for about 30-35 minutes
- Enjoy!
